Version 1.0Last updated 13 September 2026

1.Introduction

1.1 Qanoniah Academy Policy governs the access to, use and handling of Qanoniah Academy services by persons inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (hereinafter referred to in this Agreement as the “Academy”), which is an affiliate of Adalah for IT Systems LLC (One Person Company), a company incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (hereinafter referred to in this Agreement as the “Company”).

1.2 Please read these Terms carefully before obtaining or using the Services.

1.3 Your access to and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, thereby creating a contractual relationship between you and the Company.

1.4 If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not obtain or use the Services.

1.5 These Terms supersede any prior agreements or arrangements entered into between the Company and the Beneficiary.

1.6 The Company may immediately terminate these Terms or any of the Services applicable to you, or generally suspend the provision of the Services or prevent access to them or any part thereof at any time in the event of a violation of the Terms and Usage Policy.

1.7 The Company has the right to amend the Terms and Usage Policy at any time. If you benefit from the Academy’s Services after the Usage Policy has been amended, this shall constitute your acceptance of such amendments.

2. Service

Courses, seminars, Saturdays, and workshops whether delivered in person or remotely provided by the Academy, whether offered under the Academy’s own name or through Qanoniah platform.

3. Registration

3.1 The Trainee shall provide complete and accurate registration information.

3.2 Registration shall not be considered final, and the seat shall not be reserved until an email confirming acceptance of the registration request has been sent.

3.3 The Academy reserves the right to reject or cancel the registration of any Trainee without providing reasons, with the amount paid being refunded in this specific case (where the Academy rejects the registration before the course begins).

4. No-Refund Policy

4.1 Upon completion of registration and payment of the fees, the Trainee shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the amount paid for any reason, including, without limitation:

A. The Trainee changing their mind or wishing to withdraw.

B. The Trainee failed to attend all or some of the course sessions.

C. The Trainee’s dissatisfaction with the method of instruction or the content after having reviewed the course description in advance and agreed to it.

D. Any personal circumstances relating to the Trainee that are unrelated to the Academy.

4.2 The Trainee acknowledges that they have reviewed the course description, content, duration, and date prior to completing the payment, and that their decision to register was made with full knowledge thereof.

4.3 The Trainee may not submit any financial or legal claim before any authority seeking a refund of the fees after completing registration, and payment of the fees shall constitute an express waiver by the Trainee of such right.

5. Modification, Cancellation, or Postponement of Courses

5.1 The Academy reserves the right to modify the course date, instructor, venue, or method of delivery (in person or remotely), without this giving the Trainee any right to a refund or compensation.

5.2 If the Academy fully cancels the course, its obligation shall be limited to refunding the fees paid or transferring them to an alternative course. The Academy shall not be liable for any additional compensation for any damages or indirect costs incurred by the Trainee (travel tickets, leave, or otherwise).

6. Trainee Conduct and Discipline

6.1 The Trainee shall maintain appropriate conduct during the course. The Academy has the right to suspend or expel any Trainee who disrupts order or behaves improperly toward the instructor or other Trainees, without any right to a refund of the fees.

6.2 The Trainee is prohibited from recording the sessions (audio or visual) or republishing them by any means without the Academy’s prior written permission. (This prohibition applies specifically to recordings made by the Trainee themselves and does not conflict with the Academy’s right to photograph and publish as stipulated in Clause (10).)

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All training materials (slides, files, recordings, and templates) are the exclusive property of the Academy or are licensed to it. Copying, distributing, or commercially reusing such materials is prohibited without prior written permission.

7.2 Any violation of this Clause shall subject the Trainee to legal liability, in addition to the Academy’s right to immediately suspend the Trainee from the course without the Trainee having the right to request a refund of the fees.

8. Certificates

8.1 A course completion certificate shall be granted only upon the Trainee fulfilling the attendance requirements and requirements specified by the Academy, including, by way of example and without limitation, achieving a certain attendance rate or passing an assessment.

8.1 Failure to meet the certificate requirements the details of which are provided upon registration for the Service shall not entitle the Trainee to request a full or partial refund of the fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Parties to this Agreement agree that the maximum compensation in the event that the Academy breaches its obligations toward the Trainee, in any circumstances, shall be SAR 1,000.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

10.2 Any dispute arising out of this Policy shall first be referred for amicable settlement. If settlement cannot be reached within (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the competent judicial authority in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

11. Photography and Publication

11.1 The Trainee agrees that the course sessions may be photographed or recorded, including still photographs, video footage, and audio recordings, by the Academy or any party authorized by it.

11.2 The Trainee grants the Academy full and unconditional permission to use, publish, and republish such photographs, footage, and recordings, in whole or in part, on the Academy’s social media accounts and channels, its electronic platform, and its official website, for the purposes of documenting, marketing, and promoting the Academy and its training programs.

11.3 The Trainee shall not be entitled to any financial consideration or compensation for the use of their photographs, footage, or recordings pursuant to this Clause. This consent shall remain valid for the duration of the Academy’s use of such materials without being limited to any specific period.

11.4 The completion by the Trainee of the registration procedures and payment of the fees shall constitute their express consent to all matters set forth in this Article (Photography and Publication), without the need for any additional signature or confirmation from the Trainee.

11.5 The Trainee shall not have the right to request withdrawal of their consent or removal of any photograph, video footage, or audio recording that the Academy has already actually published in accordance with this Article. As for materials that the Academy has not yet published, the Trainee’s consent thereto shall remain valid until the Academy completes their use for the purposes specified in paragraph (2.10).
