2. Services
2.1 Qanoniah offers support services to legal professionals, including:
A specialized legal database.
An advanced search engine for legal documents.
Other services provided on the platform.
3. Subscription
3.1 Subscription to Qanoniah is based on the plan selected by the user during registration, subject to a subscription fee determined by the plan category.
3.2 To ensure uninterrupted service:
Subscriptions are automatically renewed under the same plan unless the user disables the "auto-renewal" feature in the settings.
3.3 Subscription fees:
Users renewing their subscription will be subject to the updated fee at the time of renewal.
Taxes and governmental fees: The plan’s price excludes VAT and any other applicable taxes or fees in Saudi Arabia and is non-refundable, except as required by law.

Announce their onboarding via social media.
4. Account Usage
4.1 Trial Accounts:
Users, after registering, may try the platform for a limited period as specified on the website.
Trial accounts are restricted in searches, file access, and features compared to already paid plans.
Qanoniah reserves the right to terminate trial accounts without notice or explanation.
4.2 Prohibited Actions:
Registering multiple accounts to exploit trial periods.
Simultaneous use of a single account on multiple devices.
4.3 Account Requirements:
Users must provide accurate documentation based on their selected plan.
Failure to provide valid documentation may result in account suspension.
4.4 Incorrect registration:
If a client subscribes to a plan intended for a specific category—such as the Law Student plan or the Law Firms plan—that does not match their actual user category, the company reserves the right to immediately suspend the subscription and adjust it to the appropriate plan.
The subscription will not be activated (after the adjustment) until the user pays the price difference between the two plans.
5. Differences in Packages Plans
5.1 Plans may differ and provide limited and restricted content and features compared to other plans, which is clearly stated in the plans’ feature page.
5.2 Student plans provide limited and restricted content compared to other plans.
6. Fair Usage Policy
6.1 The platform must be used fairly and in a customary manner. If the platform is used in an unconventional manner and exceeds the fair use policy, such usage will be assessed based on typical user behavior.
6.2 Prohibited Activities:
Mass downloading or printing of data and documents.
Automated use of the platform, including bots or repetitive tasks.
6.3 Consequences of Violations:
Immediate termination of subscription without refund.
Potential claims for damages caused by misuse.
6.4 Fair Usage:
Printing or copying legal texts is allowed only for purposes such as court citations or preparing legal memoranda.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Users must respect the intellectual property rights of Adalah Information Systems Technology LLC., including but not limited to:
Software used in the development and operation of the platform “Qanoniah.”
The rights to collect legal materials, convert them into text using OCR technologies, and organize them in the format displayed on Qanoniah.
Written content created by the platform team, which is fully protected.
7.2 Prohibited Activities:
Printing and copying documents for commercial purposes.
Creating similar platforms, offering comparable services or databases, or training AI technologies using Qanoniah content.
8. Disclaimer
8.1 The platform provides a large number of legal documents and information; however, users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information provided.
8.2 The information provided by the platform does not constitute legal advice and is not a substitute for seeking legal advice from qualified professionals.
8.3 Qanoniah updates regulations within one day of their publication in the Official Gazette; users must ensure they use the latest information.
8.4 The platform shall not be held responsible for any errors in converted text or discrepancies between the provided documents and the official versions.
8.5 Qanoniah disclaims all liability for any inaccuracies in research or documents published by specialists on the platform, as the purpose of such documents is guidance only.

9. Translations to English
9.1 Qanoniah provides three types of translations:
Official translation: Sourced directly from official authorities or government websites.
Qanoniah Team Translation: Carefully reviewed and prepared by our legal team.
AI Translation: Provided by advanced AI tools for documents not officially translated.
9.2 In case of conflict or ambiguity, the Arabic version prevails as the official language.
9.3 AI translations are for convenience and informational purposes only; users must independently verify the content.
9.4 Qanoniah disclaims all liability for errors in translations, whether AI-generated or prepared by the team.
9.5 Some materials, including text in non-editable formats, may not be translated. Users acknowledge that such content may require additional verification.
10. Plansor bundles or packages
10.1 Each plan is made with content specific to the documents that the platform identifies as necessary for the target category of that plan.
10.2 Prior to subscription, users are required to:

Decide the best plan that fits their needs, taking into consideration the restrictions set in article 4 (4.4).
11. Main Purpose of the Platform
11.1 A large number of documents available on Qanoniah are publicly accessible on governmental websites. The subscription fee is not for the sale of these documents but for enabling easier access and interaction with them through the technologies used in Qanoniah.
11.2 The company does not claim ownership of the official and unofficial documents and materials available on Qanoniah. The primary purpose of Qanoniah is to facilitate the handling of documents and texts to assist professionals and researchers in accessing information in an advanced manner supported by technologies designed for this purpose—such as, but not limited to, search engines, document indexing, highlighting and annotating, discussions, and more.
