The Deputy Minister for Agriculture
Based on the powers granted to him by law
And pursuant to Article (thirty-six) of the Agriculture Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/64) dated 10-08-1442 AH, which approves the Agriculture Law, and Ministerial Decision No. (14967/1/1444) dated 15-01-1444 AH, which approves the Implementing Regulation of the Agriculture Law, and with the approval of His Excellency the Minister dated 11-03-1444 AH under No. (26555/2384/1444), and dated 09-03-1444 AH, delegating the Deputy Minister for Agriculture the authority to issue technical manuals related to the Implementing Regulation of the Agriculture Law, and to issue and amend the conditions and regulations related thereto whenever the interest of work requires, and as necessitated by the public interest.
