Model (1): Regulations for the Practice of Printing Activities

1. Not printing anything that contradicts the provisions of Article (9) of the Printing and Publishing Regulation.
2. Not printing any government publication except with an official endorsement from the relevant authority.
3. Not printing any publication (book, brochures, pamphlets, promotional flyers) or any publication in any language except after obtaining the necessary clearance from the Ministry of Culture.
4. Not printing product boxes, labels, and trademarks except after obtaining a permit from the relevant authorities and an endorsement from the concerned party.
5. Not printing any material that may mislead or deceive the consumer.
6. Not printing advertisements for any medical product or therapeutic programs provided by treatment institutions except after obtaining approval from the relevant authority (Saudi Food and Drug Authority).
7. Not printing commercial advertisements that violate the conditions and provisions for publishing advertisements stipulated in Articles (44-74-75-76-77).
8. Not printing publications, correspondence, bonds, and invoices for institutions and companies except based on an endorsement from the concerned party.
9. Not printing any publications or promotional banners regarding discounts, competitions, or commercial prizes except after obtaining a license from the Ministry of Commerce or the chambers of commerce.
10. Not printing vouchers and donation forms except with an official letter from the relevant authority.
11. Not printing covers for tapes related to religious or musical works or computer programs of various types except based on clearance from the relevant authority with an official endorsement from the producing company.
12. Not retaining printing and cutting waste in the printing house and promptly destroying it as it arises.

Model (2): Regulations for Practicing Document Copying and Imaging Services

1. Do not reproduce anything that contradicts the provisions of Article (9) of the Press and Publication System.
2. Do not reproduce any government publication except with an official authorization from the relevant authority.
3. Do not use cameras or copying machines in activities related to printing presses.
4. Do not reproduce books and writings or parts thereof except in accordance with the Copyright Protection System.
5. Do not prepare, sell, or reproduce summaries of school curricula or oral lectures.
6. Do not prepare research, theses, summaries, or anything else for any purpose and sell them to individuals.
7. The area designated for copying, packaging, and printing equipment should not be obstructed from view, and the partitions should be glass.

Form (3): Regulations for Practicing Advertising and Announcement Activities

1. Not announcing anything that contradicts the provisions of Article (9) of the Press and Publication System.
2. Not engaging in commercial advertisements that violate the conditions and provisions for publishing advertisements stipulated in Articles (44-74-75-76-77) of the Implementing Regulation of the Press and Publication System.
3. Not advertising any medical product or therapeutic programs provided by treatment institutions without the approval of the competent authority (Saudi Food and Drug Authority).
4. Not advertising any printed material that may mislead or deceive the consumer.
5. Not displaying any publications or promotional banners regarding discounts, competitions, or commercial prizes without obtaining a license from the Ministry of Commerce or the chambers of commerce.

Form (4): Regulations for Practicing Photography Activities

1. No photographing or developing any images that conflict with the provisions of Article (9) of the Press and Publication Law.
2. Photographers of events or occasions must be Saudi nationals holding valid cards from the Ministry.
3. Photography must be conducted under a written contract between the venue and the event owner.
4. No dealings with roaming photographers.
5. No photographing individuals who do not wish to be photographed during events.
6. Personal images must not be displayed to the public inside the venue without the owner's written consent.
7. The original photos must be handed over to their owner, and they must not be retained.
