The Board of Directors of the Transport General Authority
Based on the powers vested in it by the law
After reviewing the Land Transport Law on Roads, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/188) dated 24/8/1446 AH.
After reviewing the Statute of the Transport General Authority, issued by Council of Ministers Decision No. (323) dated 14/9/1434 AH and its amendments.
After reviewing the recommendation of the Executive Committee No. (9/2/T/4/2026) dated 21/12/1447 AH.
After deliberation, the Council decided the following:
- First: To approve the Implementing Regulation for the Activity of Transporting Goods via Motorcycles for Commercial Purposes in the attached form.
- Second: Licenses to practice the activity of transporting goods via motorcycles for commercial purposes shall be issued with a maximum validity until 31/7/2028 AD.
- Third: The provisions of the regulation referred to in item (First) of this decision shall apply from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
