Chapter 1: Definitions
The phrases and words mentioned below - wherever they appear in these regulations - shall have the meanings specified next to each of them,
1- The Student: the male or female student.
2- Paved Roads: the asphalted roads that are easily and conveniently used by means of transport, connecting cities, governorates, and centers.
3- Desert Roads: the unpaved roads that are not easily and conveniently traversed by means of transport, located in open flat areas.
4- Rugged Roads: the sandy or mountainous unpaved roads that are difficult to navigate, which can only be traversed by four-wheel drive vehicles or pack animals.
5- Main Roads: the roads that connect the main and important parts of the city to each other.
6- Classroom: the place where students receive their lessons.
7- Educational Complex: a building (or several adjacent buildings) that includes two or more educational stages.
