Schedule of Violations of the Regulatory Provisions Governing the Relationship Between the Lessor and the Lessee

  • Board of Directors Decision of the Real Estate General Authority by Circulation No. (Q/M/I/H/2025/10/T) dated 20/06/1447 AH corresponding to 11/12/2025 AD

  • The Board of Directors of the Real Estate General Authority

  • Based on the powers granted to it by law

  • After reviewing paragraph (2) of item (Ninth) of the regulatory provisions governing the relationship between the lessor and the lessee, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/73) dated 02/04/1447 AH.

  • Decides the following:

  • First: Approval of the schedule of violations of the regulatory provisions governing the relationship between the lessor and the lessee in the attached form.

  • Second: This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect from the date of the decision.

  • And Allah is the Grantor of success.
