The Selection Committee is formed under the chairmanship of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, with members at the level of Undersecretary from: the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. The task of this committee is to review the nominations, evaluate them, and prioritize among the candidates, guided by the criteria mentioned in item (Second) above.
The nominations must be submitted to the Selection Committee mentioned in item (Third) above, at least six months prior to the National Day of the Kingdom each year, provided that the nomination letter includes a brief biography of the nominee and their accomplishments that qualify them for nomination, in accordance with the nomination form prepared by the Selection Committee for this purpose.
The aforementioned Committee announces the names of the selected volunteers one month prior to the date of their honoring, and they are invited to receive the medals and certificates at a ceremony held for this purpose on a date not exceeding seven days from the National Day of the Kingdom.
The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs issues the necessary decisions and instructions to implement these regulations.
