The Sports Federation for every game or activity related to sports is considered a sports entity with a legal personality, supported by the state to achieve its goals financially.
The Sports Federation for each sport or athletic activity consists of clubs, bodies, and institutions that have a tangible activity in the sport or activity of the Federation.
The Sports Federation for Every Game or Activity aims to elevate the technical level and enhance the participants' skills in all technical, cultural, and social aspects, as well as to strengthen good relations with similar federations in Arab and Islamic countries and friendly nations. This is in addition to the Arab, Asian, and International Federation for the game or activity in accordance with the principles and teachings of the noble Islamic religion.
The Sports Federation for each sport or activity is responsible for overseeing the organization and management of its affairs throughout the Kingdom. It alone has the right to represent the Kingdom in conferences, meetings, tournaments, and competitions or matches held at the Arab, continental, or international levels, whether they take place within the Kingdom or outside of it. It also supervises its administrative, technical, and financial affairs, and issues, for this purpose, the instructions and regulations that govern it, ensuring the achievement and success of its objectives, all within the framework of the general policy of the General Presidency for Youth Welfare, and the foundations and principles set by the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee.
The members of the Union and those affiliated with it, including clubs, bodies, and institutions, are obligated to adhere to the instructions, regulations, and systems of the Union and the General Presidency for Youth Welfare.
The President of the General Authority for Youth Welfare issues the necessary regulations for the formation or reformation of the boards of directors of the federations, as well as the executive regulations that organize their work from all administrative, technical, and financial aspects.
The President of the General Authority for Youth Welfare issues a decision to form or reconstitute the boards of directors of these federations once every four years.
The Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee is considered a sports authority with a legal personality, supported by the state in achieving its objectives financially.
