These standards aim to determine the value of the fees for advertising and promotional boards in accordance with paragraph (3) of Article Three of the regulations.

These standards apply to the boards mentioned in paragraphs (1), (2), (3), (4), and (11) of Article One of the regulations, for which the Ministry is responsible for organizing and supervising in accordance with Article Two of the regulations.

Fees are collected for advertising and announcement boards according to Table No. (1) on an annual basis; the full annual fee is calculated based on the year or part thereof.

As an exception to Article Four, fees for temporary plates are collected on a daily basis, and in this case, the annual fee stated in Table No. (1) is divided by the number of days in the year to calculate the daily fee value. The full daily fee value is calculated based on the day or part of it, provided that the fee value is not less than 50 riyals for a single license in any case.

The content of the informational signs for commercial establishments mentioned in paragraphs (1, 2) and (2, 2) of Table No. (1) is limited to the name and the commercial logo only.

Exempt from the fees for the plates mentioned in paragraph (1, 5) of Table No. (1) are private vehicles used for transporting cars and towing vehicles.
