1. The classified clause (mandatory) must be included as a clause in the Work Contract.
2. The classified clause (optional) is included as a clause in the Work Contract according to the agreement of the Parties.
3. The classified clause as (fixed term) or (indefinite term) is included as a clause in the Contract according to its type.
4. The classified clause as (specific for women) is included as a clause in the Contract; if the second Party is a woman.
5. The classified clause as (for Saudi workers) is included as a clause in the Contract if the second Party is Saudi. 6. The classified clause as (exclusively for non-Saudis) is included as a clause in the Contract; if the second Party is non-Saudi.
7. The Parties may agree on any clauses or conditions, or other obligations to be added to the Contract, provided that they do not conflict with the Labor Law, its executive regulations, and the decisions issued in implementation thereof, and any other relevant regulations.
8. The numbering of the clauses in this model is not mandatory, and they may be arranged and numbered in any other way.
