Engaging in the activity without obtaining a municipal license is an independent violation that requires a fine and immediate closure until the license is obtained, in accordance with the Law of Municipal Licensing Procedures, its executive regulations, and the rules governing municipal activities issued in this regard.

The correction of the violation shall be by removing it or restoring the situation to what it was before the violation occurred, with repairing any resulting damage (if any) at the expense of the violator.
