This research aims to define the nature of professional persons and the necessary regulatory controls to describe them as such in light of the relevant systems, such as the Bankruptcy Law, Professional Companies Law, and the Municipal Licensing Regulation for Professions and Crafts. The importance of this definition arises after the introduction of the new Bankruptcy Law, which expanded the categories to which it applies, moving away from the traditional rules that limited it to merchants only. |
