A royal decree was issued by King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud approving the Commercial Circles Law, which includes provisions regarding the records maintained by merchants, where all records are considered valid until proven otherwise. Judicial authorities have the right to examine these records in contests, and fines ranging from five thousand to fifty thousand riyals are imposed on violators. This law also repeals any previous provisions that are in conflict with it. |
