This research aims to address the issue of the legal status of the responsibility of the Saudi air carrier and its obligations towards passengers in accordance with Saudi laws and international agreements. This will be achieved by understanding the nature of air transport and the related concepts, as well as clarifying the position of the Board of Grievances in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding claims for compensation for the errors of the Saudi air carrier in relation to individuals. |
