The words and phrases mentioned below - wherever they appear in this Regulation - shall have the meanings specified next to them unless the context requires otherwise:
Charter Flights: Air flights that are operated on an irregular basis and during a specific period to meet the demand for seasonal traffic such as Hajj and Umrah, and tourist seasons.
Private Flights: Flights operated by aircraft for non-commercial or commercial purposes without public tickets, which include the transportation of businesspersons and VIPs.
Approved Air Shipper: An agent or shipper of goods or any other entity that commercially deals with an air carrier or its agent and provides security controls to the competent authority regarding the transportation of goods, mail, parcels, and similar items.
Consolidation Air Shipper: Offices or agencies licensed by the competent authorities to conduct air freight operations, responsible for accepting shipments from shippers and completing the procedures for their air shipment through approved freight agents.
A landing fee of thirty (30) Riyals is charged for each aircraft for every one thousand (1,000) kilograms or fractions thereof starting from five hundred (500) kilograms or more of the aircraft's weight.
A fee for the accommodation of the aircraft shall be charged after the first two hours from the time of its landing as follows:
1- An accommodation fee of ten (10) Riyals for every (1,000) one thousand kilograms or fractions thereof starting from (500) five hundred kilograms of the aircraft's weight for its stay at the airport, applicable for every (8) eight hours from the time of landing up to (24) twenty-four hours. Thereafter, the same fee shall be charged for every (24) hours for aircraft not registered in the Saudi National Aircraft Registration.
2- An accommodation fee of six (6) Riyals for every (1,000) one thousand kilograms or fractions thereof starting from (500) five hundred kilograms of the aircraft's weight for its stay at the airport, applicable for every (8) eight hours from the time of landing up to (24) twenty-four hours. Thereafter, the same fee shall be charged for every (24) hours for aircraft registered in the Saudi National Aircraft Registration.
The fees for passenger transport services from the aircraft to the terminals and vice versa, including the bridges connecting the terminals to the aircraft, shall be charged for each aircraft as follows:
1. One hundred (100) Riyals for each aircraft weighing no more than (50,000) kilograms.
2. Two hundred (200) Riyals for each aircraft weighing more than (50,000) kilograms and no more than (100,000) kilograms.
3. Three hundred (300) Riyals for each aircraft weighing more than (100,000) kilograms and no more than (200,000) kilograms.
4. Four hundred (400) Riyals for each aircraft weighing more than (200,000) kilograms and no more than (300,000) kilograms.
5. Five hundred (500) Riyals for each aircraft weighing more than (300,000) kilograms and no more than (350,000) kilograms.
6. Six hundred (600) Riyals for each aircraft weighing more than (350,000) kilograms.
1. A fee for security services shall be collected for each departing aircraft from one of the airports in the Kingdom, and the following aircraft are exempt from these fees: transit international flights and cargo aircraft as follows:
1- 1 An amount of (500) five hundred Riyals for each aircraft weighing (7,000) kilograms or less.
1- 2 An amount of (1,000) one thousand Riyals for each aircraft weighing from (7,001) kilograms and not exceeding (136,000) kilograms.
1- 3 An amount of (1,500) one thousand five hundred Riyals for each aircraft weighing (136,001) kilograms or more.
2. A fee for aircraft guarding shall be collected upon request as follows:
2- 1 An amount of (50) fifty Riyals per hour for each aircraft weighing (7,000) kilograms or less.
2- 2 An amount of (100) one hundred Riyals per hour for each aircraft weighing from (7,001) kilograms and not exceeding (136,000) kilograms.
2- 3 An amount of (150) one hundred fifty Riyals per hour for each aircraft weighing (136,001) kilograms or more.
3. A fee for towing the aircraft shall be collected for every (100) one hundred meters or fractions thereof in the event the owner requests the towing of the aircraft as follows:
3- 1 An amount of (20) twenty Riyals for an aircraft weighing (7,000) kilograms or less.
3- 2 An amount of (40) forty Riyals for an aircraft weighing from (7,001) kilograms and not exceeding (136,000) kilograms.
3- 3 An amount of (60) sixty Riyals for an aircraft weighing (136,001) kilograms or more.
1. An amount of (50) fifty riyals shall be collected annually or for a part of the year for the issuance of an entry permit to areas subject to security inspection for individuals entitled to enter, such as the airside, arrival and departure halls, and similar areas. An amount of (150) one hundred and fifty riyals shall be collected for a lost permit, and an amount of (300) three hundred riyals for a second lost permit.
2. An amount of (400) four hundred riyals shall be collected annually or for a part of the year for the issuance of an entry permit to the airside for vehicles entitled to enter that area, and an amount of (500) five hundred riyals for a lost permit.
3. An amount of (300) three hundred riyals shall be collected annually or for a part of the year for the issuance of a permit for vehicles operating in the airside, and an amount of (400) four hundred riyals for a lost permit.
4. An amount of (50) fifty riyals shall be collected annually or for a part of the year for the issuance of a driving permit within the airside, and an amount of (150) one hundred and fifty riyals for a lost permit.
