After reviewing the two transactions received from the Royal Court numbered 48206 dated 25/8/1440H, and 12125 dated 22/2/1441H, which include a telegram from His Excellency the Minister of Culture numbered 00471 dated 20/8/1440H regarding His Excellency's request to dissolve the Board of Directors of the General Panel for Culture while allowing the Sector of Performing Arts to continue its duties, and authorizing His Excellency to exercise the powers of the Board of Directors, and which include telegrams from His Excellency the Minister of Culture numbered 00786, 00787, 00788, 00789, 00790, 00791, 00792, 00793, 00794, 00795, and 00796 dated 21/11/1440H, regarding the projects for the organizational arrangements of the following entities: (Literature, Publishing and Translation, Museums, Heritage, Films, Libraries, Architecture, Design, Music, Theater and Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Culinary Arts, and Fashion).

And after reviewing the projects for the organizational arrangements of the mentioned entities.

And after reviewing the two high orders numbered (35577) dated 19/7/1439H, and (36747) dated 24/7/1440H.

And after reviewing the National Culture Strategy, approved by the Council of Ministers Decision numbered (414) dated 19/7/1440H.

And after reviewing memorandum numbered (2241) dated 27/12/1440H, and minutes numbered (436) dated 5/4/1441H, (543) dated 22/4/1441H, and (783) dated 9/6/1441H, prepared by the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers.

And after reviewing the two recommendations numbered (49-12/41/D) dated 15/4/1441H, and (3-16/41/D) dated 21/5/1441H, and the minutes numbered (46/41/M) dated 28/5/1441H, prepared by the Council of Economic and Development Affairs.

And after reviewing the recommendation of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers numbered (4366) dated 10/6/1441H.
