The name of the Hijaz and Najd Kingdom and its annexes is changed to the name of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and our title henceforth shall be (King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).

The effect of this transfer shall commence from the date of its announcement.

This transfer shall have no effect on treaties, agreements, and international obligations, which shall retain their value and effect, nor shall it affect contracts and individual agreements, which shall remain in force.

All other laws, regulations, instructions, and orders previously issued by us shall remain in effect after this transfer.

The current formations of our government, whether in Hijaz, Najd, and their annexes, shall remain in their present state temporarily until new formations for the entire Kingdom are established based on the new unification.

The current Council of Our Agents shall immediately commence the establishment of a basic system for the Kingdom, a system for the succession of the throne, and a system for the formation of the government, and present them to us for the issuance of our orders therein.

The Chairman of the Council of Agents may continue to include members of the Council of Agents, any individual or individuals with expertise, when formulating the aforementioned regulations to benefit from their opinions and to be enlightened by their information.

We choose Thursday, the 21st of Jumada Al-Awwal 1351, corresponding to the first day of the Libra, as the day to announce the unification of this Arab Kingdom, and we ask God for success.
