The following words mentioned in this Regulation are defined as follows:
Presidency: The General Presidency for Youth Welfare.
General President: The General President for Youth Welfare.
Agency: The Sports Affairs Agency.
Competent Authority: The General Administration of Sports Activities.
Office: The Presidency Office in the region or governorate.
Region / Governorate: The geographical location of a group of clubs affiliated with any of the Presidency's offices.
Federation: The sports federation for any game and its equivalents.
Authority: Any official entity, whether governmental or private.
Main Committees: The committees emanating from the sports federations.
Club: The club officially registered with the Presidency and engaged in activities.
The sports season begins on the first day of the Leo zodiac sign, corresponding to July 23, and ends on the last day of the Cancer zodiac sign, corresponding to July 22 of the following year.
The federations set the conditions for the membership of clubs and organizations in terms of technical aspects, in addition to the specified fee for membership and affiliation.

The period for coordinating, stabilizing, and classifying players begins in the last two months of the sports season and ends with the start of the current sports season, except in the case of registering new players, where their registration remains open throughout the sports season.

Two players are allowed in each game, except for football, to transfer from their club to another club throughout the season after obtaining the approval of their club and the relevant federation, and this can only occur once in the sports season during a month from the federation's approval, provided that they return to their original club if their registration to the transferred club is not completed, and their signature becomes free if the maximum limit is reached.
All clubs are obligated, when registering and classifying their players, to register in the game at least in two categories.
The remaining clubs that do not have sports facilities are obliged to register and classify their players in at least four sports chosen by the club.
