Failure to Provide Contributions

Introduction

The company is a legal entity established in accordance with the provisions of the Law based on a founding contract or articles of association, whereby two or more persons commit to contribute to a project aimed at profit by providing a share of money, work, or both, to share in the profits or losses arising from this project, as stipulated in Article Two of the Companies Law. Accordingly, the partnership contract is considered a contract of commitment, as the partner is indebted to the company for the share they have committed to, and the partner is obligated to provide the share to the company within the specified deadline in accordance with the provisions mentioned below.
