The Minister of Finance issued Ministerial Decision No. 860 dated 13/3/1432 AH, which includes the Implementing Regulation of the State Revenue Law. The Regulation requires entities to submit their revenue estimates 120 days before the start of the fiscal year and grants the Ministry the right to amend these estimates.
