Having reviewed the correspondence received from the Royal Court No. 56438 dated 1447/7/14 AH, including the telegram of His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development No. 93506 dated 1447/7/11 AH, regarding the joint process between the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the Ministry of Justice concerning the study of the necessary procedures to amicably settle disputes in labor cases.
Having reviewed Royal Decree No. (M/14) dated 1440/2/22 AH.
Having reviewed the Council of Ministers’ resolutions No. (263) dated 1443/5/3 AH, No. (284) dated 1446/4/5 AH, and No. (141) dated 1447/2/18 AH.
Having reviewed memoranda No. (3210) dated 1447/9/14 AH, and No. (3731) dated 1447/11/11 AH, prepared by the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers.
Having reviewed the process prepared by the Council of Economic and Development Affairs No. (47/1814/M) dated 1447/12/4 AH.
Having reviewed the recommendation of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers No. (303) dated 1448/1/9 AH.
Decides:
- To extend the application of the provisions stated in paragraph (A) of item (First) of Royal Decree No. (M/14) dated 1440/2/22 AH, for a period of (one) year from 1448/2/20 AH.
