Having reviewed the transaction received from the Royal Court under No. 54850 dated 9/7/1447 AH, enclosing the letter of His Royal Highness, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jockey Club, No. 24 dated 3/7/1447 AH, concerning His Highness’s request that the representative of the Jockey Club on the Board of Directors of the Equestrian Authority be the (Chief Executive Officer of the Club) instead of the Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors.
Having reviewed the Statute of the Equestrian Authority, issued by Council of Ministers Decision No. (576) dated 5/9/1441 AH.
Having reviewed Memoranda No. (3796) dated 12/11/1447 AH and No. (394) dated 7/2/1448 AH, prepared by the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers.
Having reviewed the memorandum prepared by the Council of Economic and Development Affairs under No. (1863/47/M) dated 18/12/1447 AH.
Having reviewed the recommendation of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers No. (1770) dated 15/2/1448 AH.
Decides:
The phrase “a representative of the Jockey Club” shall replace the phrase “the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jockey Club” appearing in Paragraph (1) of Article (4) of the Statute of the Equestrian Authority, issued by Council of Ministers Decision No. (576) dated 5/9/1441 AH.
