Regulations regarding the status of Saudi children abroad with a Saudi father and a non-Saudi mother

First:

1- In the case of the father acknowledging his children:
The father is required to rectify their situations in accordance with the regulations governing this matter. If he is unable to provide for them, they shall be referred to the charitable organization for the care of Saudi families abroad or other similar organizations; to assess their situations, and a monthly amount shall be allocated to them from the organization, determined according to the living conditions in the country where they reside.
2- In the case of the father denying his children or disowning them:
If the mother has certified documents proving her marriage to a Saudi citizen, and from this marriage children were born, and the father denies them; she may approach the competent authority in her country, or the Saudi representation in that country, to request the rectification of the children's status based on the documents and evidence she possesses. This will be communicated to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which will then write to the Emirate of the region where the husband resides if his place of residence is known. If it is unknown, a letter will be sent to the Ministry of Interior to obtain information regarding the validity of the wife's claim. If the husband is deceased or cannot be located, a statement from one of his first-degree relatives will be obtained in this regard.
Upon receiving the statement that includes the father's denial - or that of his representative - of the children's lineage to him, the mother will be notified through the same channels. If she insists that they are his children; she has the right to file a lawsuit to establish their lineage to him. Once the lineage is established; the father - or his representative - is obligated to execute the judgments issued against him, rectify the legal status of his children, and pay all amounts spent on their alimony in accordance with the regulations for the execution of foreign judgments.
If the father disowns his children whose lineage to him is established, whether this is due to financial, social, legal, or other reasons; he is required to rectify their legal status and provide for their expenses. If he is unable to pay alimony; the family shall register with the charitable organization for the care of Saudi families abroad or other similar organizations to take over their financial support according to its regulations.
