The Supreme Court is not permitted to reconsider a ruling in a case that has previously been confirmed by the Higher Judicial Authority or the Supreme Judicial Council in its permanent formation, or by one of the chambers of this court, except in accordance with what is stipulated in the Civil Procedures Law and the Criminal Procedure Law.
